Pricing
You pay for the engine, and the data you choose to buy.
Two parts, both visible while a campaign runs. Platform access is per organization, so a bigger team never costs more. Enrichment is metered, and it only spends after a person decides a lead is worth researching.
Early access
We agree the number with you before your first campaign is activated.
Requesting access does not begin a subscription and does not raise an invoice. We look at what you sell and who you are reaching, then quote platform access and the expected data spend for that campaign.
What every campaign includes.
- Three channels, one sequence
- Email, WhatsApp, and LinkedIn, drafted per prospect at send time rather than merged from a template.
- Your sending domain, configured for you
- We buy the domain and publish its DNS, SPF, and DKIM records. Nothing to set up at a registrar.
- A booking page on your calendar
- Real availability read live from Google, Microsoft, or Calendly. The prospect picks a time and the meeting is on your calendar.
- Replies read, classified, and routed
- Auto sends, Approve waits for you, and compliance language always opens a review task.
- Accounts and buying committees
- Coverage is judged by seats filled at an account, not by the number of contacts in a list.
- Every rupee traced
- Estimated spend by action, and cost per held meeting, on the dashboard rather than in an invoice at month end.
What actually drives the number.
Most outbound tools bundle data into a flat fee, which means you pay the same whether the engine researched ten accounts or a thousand. We separate them, so the spend follows the work.
- Platform access
- The engine, the channels, the booking page, and the workspace. Priced per organization, not per seat, so adding a colleague never costs more.
- The data you choose to buy
- Contact and company enrichment is metered per provider. It runs only after a person clicks Score, so a campaign never quietly spends while you sleep.
- Sending domains
- One-off registration per domain, at cost. A campaign that reuses an existing domain adds nothing.
Before you ask.
- How much does RevQ cost?
- RevQ is currently in early access, and we agree commercial terms with you before a campaign is activated or an invoice is raised. Pricing has two parts: platform access for the organization, and metered data enrichment that only spends when someone chooses to score a lead.
- Do you charge per seat?
- No. Platform access covers the organization. Adding a teammate does not change what you pay.
- What happens if I stop paying for data enrichment?
- Nothing already researched is lost, and outreach on existing leads continues. Enrichment simply stops buying new facts until you score again.
- Is there a long-term contract?
- No. We agree terms before activation, and you are told what a campaign will cost before it runs.
- Does requesting access start a subscription?
- No. Requesting access opens a conversation. Nothing is invoiced until commercial terms are agreed and you activate a campaign.
- Can I see what a campaign spent?
- Yes. Estimated spend by action and cost per held meeting are on the campaign dashboard while the campaign runs, not reconciled afterwards.
