Two things are counted: seats and companies researched.

Companies researched

A researched company is one research run on one company. Vello reads its website and news, and writes the Intent brief.
Opening saved research again does not count.
Researching the same company again counts again.
Uploads, CRM syncs and the Brain do not count.

Seats and sending

A seat is one person who signs in. Each seat includes research for 50 companies a month.
After the warm-up, your sending domain sends up to 500 emails a day, on every plan.
One standard sending domain is included. A premium name costs what its registry charges.

Is this the final price?

No. This is early-access pricing. Prices may change for new customers later.

What is a seat?

A seat is one person who signs in. Each seat costs $1,000 a month and includes research for 50 companies a month.

What counts as a researched company?

One research run on one company. Vello reads its website and news, and writes the Intent brief. Opening saved research again does not count.

What happens when I reach my limit?

Research waits until next month, or you add a seat. Everything else keeps working: the Inbox, replies, sending and deals.

Can I change plans?

Yes. Add a seat at any time, and its research starts at once. Remove a seat at the end of your billing period.

What do I need to connect?

Nothing to start. For email, Vello sets up a sending domain. Buy one through Vello, or bring your own. Connect your CRM, calendar and LinkedIn when you want them.

Does a person approve each message?

Yes, by default. You approve each message before it goes. You can let Vello send some steps on its own, and change that any time.

Can I cancel?

Yes. A monthly plan ends at the end of the month you cancel. A yearly plan runs to the end of its year.
